A license can be bound to one account only, and the binding cannot be moved later.
Binding an enterprise key makes this account its manager: the key and its seats appear in your dashboard. Colleagues still activate seats with their own accounts, and only the purchased seat count limits them. Offline activation is also available for Enterprise.
