Free, Pro and the trial

Local debugging needs no account. Personal and Enterprise licenses both unlock Pro; they differ in purchasing and activation arrangements.

Free

Debug over up to 16 serial, TCP or UDP connections with bridges, text and Hex views, checksums and local logs without a paid license.

RFC 2217 client and quick sharing, Live Console, Live Relay and Live Share are also available in Free. Cloud use needs an account and available traffic; invited guests can join without an account.

Pro

Remove the per-session allowances on the Modbus request builder and X/YMODEM file transfer, and keep a 1,000-entry send history synced across computers. Personal and Enterprise include the same Pro tools.

30-day Pro trial

Direct downloads include a 30-day Pro trial. It starts the first time you reach a Free allowance. After it ends, Free remains available and saved projects and logs are kept.

Mac App Store prices, subscription renewal and any trial offer are shown in the app before purchase. The direct-download trial does not carry over to the App Store build.

License term

Term licenses expire at the end of the selected period. Lifetime licenses cover the supported lifetime of the purchased product edition.

Cloud traffic is separate from local Pro tools

Free accounts include 10 MiB upload and 10 MiB download each month. An eligible paid account receives the allowance listed above; additional use draws from purchased traffic packs.

The local Pro trial does not itself increase your cloud allowance. Check your account traffic page before a remote session.

How cloud traffic is metered

Payment and delivery

The selected payment provider confirms the final currency and total. License delivery uses the purchaser email entered at checkout.

Website term licenses do not renew automatically. App Store subscriptions follow the renewal terms shown by Apple.

Refund eligibility

Unused and unactivated licenses may qualify for a refund within 14 calendar days, subject to the Refund Policy.
